Putting English to Work levels I, II, III

Some teachers are interested in using Putting English to Work videos, levels I, II, or III.
Here is a link to PETW Level I and Level II somewhat in order. Try this link:  https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLznElfIwNS2qoHtEtf924obe2Feb5S3Hw

There are many things that you can do with the students after they watch a video.

  1. Create a vocabulary list from the video.
  2. Write sentences using the vocabulary.
  3. Then you can scramble the sentences.
  4. Have a zoom discussion about the video asking your students to tell you what happened first, second, and what happened next.
  5. Discuss the Wh- Questions:  Who, What When, Where, How, Why
  6. Dictation of simple sentences or have the students give you sentences.
  7. You can do this in your Whatsapp group, Google Docs, email, etc.
You can work in a Google Doc and then send them the Google doc afterwards.
Or you can ask the questions and have them write down the answers on paper, then have them send you a photo of their work.

You can use other websites and do similar things, for example Learningchocolate.com.
