At the Teacher Tech Training on January 24th, the teachers learned about making Google forms for formative assessments and surveys, etc. I did a very brief, fun activity on how to make a map from the responses gathered on a Google form. I made a slideshow presentation on it this weekend so that you can remember or learn the steps, with a link to a form I created that you may copy and alter to use for your class.
